People are always arguing which one is better, dogs or cats. I feel like dogs are better than cats. But others might disagree. Dogs are known as man’s best friend, but cats are known as felines, house cats, or kitties. Cats don’t really have a saying like dogs do.

Dogs try to make sure you are okay and show you love. Dogs can be a lot sometimes. When dogs are very energetic, playful, curious, etc they tend to be a little too much. When having a dog, you won’t be as lazy or bored. Dogs are a type of helping hand. People also have service dogs. Service dogs are trained to help people with disabilities. Service dogs assist people with physical tasks, such as fetching items, guiding them around, or opening a door. Dogs always care a lot for their owners. Always try to make sure their owners are okay and happy.
Why do some people prefer cats over dogs? Well, cats are independent, curious, territorial, have retractable claws, and have exceptional night vision. Cats start to show love for their owners over time and start to get attached to their owners over time. Cats express affection to their owners by slow blinking, which is cats showing trust. Headbutting is cats marking a scent on their owners, purring, kneading, and following around their owners. Cats can sense human emotions and notice when someone is sad, mad, happy, or scared.
You might wonder which one is better, dogs or cats? Well, there is no typical one that is better. Everybody prefers something different or the same as others. Dogs are better in their own way, and cats are better in their own way. Cats and dogs know when you are sad, mad, happy, etc. Dogs can be used as service dogs, but cats are usually lazy and calmer at times. Dogs are more energetic than cats. If you think dogs are better its probably because you like to have an animal more playful, energetic, and more active. But if you like cats its probably because you want a calmer animal.
