Ms. Kern-Ekins is the Advisor for the Stampede. She has been the Advisor for two years, teaching Journalism and Photojournalism within those years. She is a former freelance, professional journalist, and has been teaching English for 15 years, and Journalism for 8 of those years as well. She enjoys growing students’ love of writing and maintaining the integrity of the journalism craft.
