Sachse High School talent show
Sachse UIL Production Theatre will be producing their one act play, Queens by Kristen Doherty. The plot of Queens explorers Henry VIII trapped in purgatory, bound to his throne by a sinister Fool and the ghostly Women in White. Here in his gilded cage, he is forced to relive the sins he committed against his queens, mistresses and people of the court, over and over again for an eternity. Directors, Mr. Murdock and Ms. Jernigan, the production involves an eager production class. Anticipate a compelling and thought-provoking performance from this enthusiastic team, promising a memorable theatrical experience.
Sachse School Talent Show
Sachse High School held an assembly for the school talent show last Thursday during school B10. With 11 talented contestants participating, the audience was treated to an afternoon filled with talent.

Within these 11 kids there could be only 3 winners going home. In Third place, The Tremblemakers, This group was composed of 3 of the members from the student council (Cooper Reed, Ethan Williamson, and ) where they coordinated a cover of “I’ve Got The Magic” from Pitch Perfect that showcased a different side of the student.
Taking Third Place: The Trembles,
In an unexpected twist that had the audience dancing in their seats, The Trembles, composed of 3 students, claimed the third-place spot. Their lively and coordinated cover of “I’ve Got The Magic” from Pitch Perfect showcased a different side of the student leaders, proving that magic isn’t just found in the council meetings but also on the stage.
**Seizing Second Place: LOTTA STEEL**
Band LOTTA STEEL took center stage, delivering a rocking performance of “Black Sheep” from the movie Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. The electrifying vibe earned them the well-deserved second-place honor.
First Place: Kaitlyn Rodriguez
However, it was Kaitlyn Rodriguez who truly stole the show, claiming the first-place title with her exceptional talent. Kaitlyn’s unique act undoubtedly left an indelible mark on everyone in the auditorium.*
